Problem:

Due to a company acquisition, a client asked us to move their WordPress website from the old company’s hosting service to the ISC hosting server, without modifying current content.

Solution:

The process starts by obtaining access to the client’s website and is then moved to a staging server on ISC hosting. The staging server is used to validate that the website performs properly by testing site functionality and repairing any website errors. To ensure links pointed to the intended location, site coding was updated, and errors were corrected.

The client was asked to review the changes made to the staging site and approve the switchover. Following the staging site review and approval, the switch was made from staging to production.

A horse ranch client requested a simpler method to update their website content. Navigating their website’s old content management system (CMS) was confusing and frustrating.

Solution:

ISC made the entry system simpler and introduced WordPress as a more user-friendly platform. A custom admin panel was developed to update horse events, add livestock, and provide a system for volunteers to sign-up for available time slots. A centralized location was provided for event sign-up, waiver signing, and event registration linking to an online payment center.
